Katherine 64 (Pixelart Bimbofication Animation)

So I decided to not wait but to directly take what I learnt from my first PBA of Katherine and make a better one! This time I doubled the resolution of the core project which required a bit more work, but allowed for much more detail. I also decided to opt for a higher framerate and thus I had to do more frames with smaller steps. That also made color change look better so I could fade one color to another instead of doing some weird colorwave.

After this I'm not quite sure. I might look into turning Katherine into a simple, somewhat comic-styled 3D model. That would be fun, but I'm not sure I have the skills required and it would indeed risk being too horrid to upload here. But we'll see ^^

EDIT 2016-11-18: Since letting the sequel to the above mentioned flash game go open source, others have extended my work on Katherine. I want to give a shoutout here to for creating several well animated variations and sequels with Katherine as a base model. If you like this, you might want to check out his work!
